NS 271 crosses underneath I-464 and enters Portlock yard with NS 1817 leading the way. Couple things to note in this picture, This train only had 14 Wellcars so that was interesting. I also really enjoy the Chesapeake water tower in the background, really represent the area. Lastly a CSX ES40DC trails in this photo which is really uncommon for the Norfolk Sub.
