Red Admiral
An image from my visit to Kilfane Glen and Waterfall demesne. It was an amazing place to visit with so many diverse garden and wooded areas. This was a wild meadow adorned with many types of flora and I have never so many butterflies, bees and other pollinators busy collecting and feeding from these flowers. It really moved me as these creatures are under threat and yet are so important for our continued survival. In fact I have not seen a Red Admiral for quite some time and was slightly overwhelmed to see so many in this wonderful oasis.
