As I made the simple guided meditation for beginners, I thought to make the list of benefits in meditation. Doing meditation has more benefits than you think. I too had found them by research and with help of some videos. I will also share the benefits that I got from making meditation a habit.

You will not get all these benefits by doing it for some days. You should be consistent and should practice meditation daily. To be frank, I too miss meditation nowadays and I am trying to do meditation daily. You will suffer for the first few days and will be amazed after getting its benefits.

 

Continue your meditation for 14 days and you will get a good feeling that you hadn't before. This is only based on my experience but I think you would also get it. Your life is going to change when you are practising meditation daily.

 

Now let's check what are some amazing benefits of meditation.

 

Reduces stress and tension.

 

People who do meditation has reduced stress and tension. This is one of the best benefits of meditation. It helps us to reduce our stress and avoid tensions. We fail in some works because of stress and tension. Our overstress is very harmful and the best method to control it is daily meditation. Daily meditation will make your mind cool and it will help you to be distressed.

 

You may have faced situations when you become more tensed. Taking a deep breath will help you to get relief from that tension and it will give you solutions too. So, think about doing meditation daily. Meditation is also simple like this but you have to put your time into it. You can avoid your maximum stress and tension by making meditation a habit. You can be happier than before.

Concentration is important for everything in our life. We need a high concentration in a particular thing if we need to make it perfect. Concentration is very important in our lives and we can increase our concentration by making meditation a habit. Concentration is a must thing for people who goes for a job and students.

 

You get many benefits of increasing our concentration and it is amazing that can increase your concentration by doing meditation daily. So, if you want more concentration then meditation is the best way for it.

 

4. High memory power.

 

Increasing your memory power is the next benefit of meditation that you need. Memory power is also an essential thing that is our life. We may have faced or currently facing some problems due to our forgetting habit. It is normal to forget but it will make many problems if you are not remembering anything. You can make our life smoother by increasing your memory power.

 

You can do your things at the correct time and place if you have a good memory power. Everything will go smoothly if you have a good memory power. Increasing your memory power will help you to score good marks in exams if you are a student and can do your work more effectively if you are an adult. This is a super thrilling benefit that I had mentioned in one of my posts.

You will develop kindness if you are doing meditation daily. You will become more kind and helpful to others if you are making meditation a habit. Kindness is the major thing that a human need to have.

 

You will be kind to everyone near you like your friends, colleagues, family and other strangers. The benefit of being kind is you will be considered and loved by others and will also get help from others when needed. The bad habits or thoughts like others will be less for the people who do daily meditation.

 

Being kind will always help you and you will surely get what you give. If you're kind to others then God or the universe will show kindness to you every time.

 

Kindness is seen in everyone but it will be more for the people who meditate.

 

7. Good sleep

 

Meditation will help you to sleep better.

 

It helps us to clean our mind and will lead us to sleep early and good. Good sleeping is the best blessing from the god and many of us don't get it. We cannot sleep better sometimes and meditation will help you in this case. You will get this benefit after continuing meditation for some days.

 

You can continue media for getting a good sleep which is essential for our mental and physical health. We can sleep with happiness because meditation also releases our stress.

 

8. Good for your heart.

 

The heart is the main part of our body and it is important to maintain the good health of your heart. Meditation will help you to maintain your heart health. It will also help us in mental health.

 

You can control things blood pressure and can build a good and healthy life. Meditation is good medicine for all our mental problems. It will also help us in physic.

 

 

 

9. Improves creativity

 

I have told this is my post on how to be creative. Meditation will give you a boost on your creativity and that's helpful.

 

Creativity will help us through different ways and meditation will help you to be more creative. It is scientifically proven that people who do meditation daily are highly creative.

 

This is one of the benefits that I love much more because high creativity is needed to create high-quality contents for you. As all the benefits above, you cannot get instant results for this but you can see good changes in your creative works.

 

Good relations

 

As I mentioned that people who do meditation have more kindness, the people who do meditation can maintain good relations too. They will have a good relation to people and people will be always attracted by people.

 

You can behave in a good manner if you do meditation daily. As your behaviour become good people attracts to you and you maintain good relations with others.

 

This is very beneficial for everyone, especially for business.

 

10. Can make good decisions and also can solve problems faster.

 

You can make good decisions by doing meditation and it will help you to improve your life. I have written a detailed post on how to make good decisions. I had also mentioned the benefits of making good decisions in our life.

 

We do mistake in taking decisions and daily meditation will help you to make good decisions. The decision to do meditation is really good so don't make a delay in it.

 

My experience of doing daily meditation

 

Before, I was having more tensions, stress and was not getting happiness at all.

 

My mind was not stabled and I was confused about what to do. My life went too boring and I was not getting peace in anything. I was a dump at that time and it was the worst experience in my life.

 

I was not being able to study better and score fewer marks in exams. Then I heard about meditation in some videos. But, I didn't start it because I thought it was religious and I don't want it. That is one of the biggest mistakes I had done. I was missing such an opportunity that can change my life forever. Then I started doing meditation because I was anxious to experience what is in it. I had done it for 1 month and I continued it for days.

 

I had started meditation before 2 months and it is not far. After, My mind became more relaxed and distress after doing daily meditation. This was the best benefit I got from meditation.

 

My ideas became more clear and I got solutions for most of the problem I had. I had gotten an idea on what to do in my life. I can concentrate more than before and I am happy with that. Everything changed in my life by just continuing meditation for 2 months.

 

I hadn't got every benefit of meditation but the result of this is fabulous. You will also see changes when you start and continue meditation. This is not an instant wait for the results.

I have also shared my experience on doing meditation daily. I too was not interested in doing meditation at first but I got interested after getting some benefits of it.
