KUKA robot inside disused factory, after the big bang accident...

 

despite the accident, production at the factory continued without windows during winter (sic!) until a certain point - propably health and safety inspection? or end of contract.

 

then it was "abandoned" or rather left alone for some time until the owner or bailiff sold all the equipment.
