MOWB VEGAS

This tattoo studio is owned by a local Motor Cycle club. Their club rooms are at the rear and they use the name MOWB (short for Mowbray) and VEGAS (your guess is as good as mine, but "Sin City" comes to mind). But that old Cadillac out front was just too good an opportunity to pass up, although I moved on quickly given the secretive nature of the club members.
