Festive days are coming soon. The only question these days is what to make of something new. The housewife had to make sweets keeping in mind everyone's preferences and health. Laddu is a very old sweet. But the laddu recipe I am going to tell is going to be a little improved and the best for everyone. You will definitely love making it. These laddu are rich in fiber and nutrition. Even people with diabetes can eat if their sugar is under control. Those who do not try to balance the weight, they can eat without hesitation. Great menu for people of all ages. You will not use anything like water, sugar, or ghee in this recipe. In the coming festive days, make your loved ones happy by making this nutritious laddu. You will definitely find satisfaction in creating something new.

Ingredients: - wheat ladoo

1 cup wheat flour

2 cups dates (about 30 dates)

1 cup honey

1 cup walnuts

1 cup almonds

2 tsp raisins / pumpkin seeds / watermelon seeds (to taste)

Cardamom powder to taste

Nutmeg powder to taste

Pinch of salt

Tip: Measure any cup or bowl at your convenience, and take all ingredients accordingly.

Method: - Roast wheat flour on low flame, do not let it dry Bake until browned. I also add 1 tsp sojirwa, they look like crystal dots on the laddu, add it as per your liking or not. It will take 5 to 7 minutes to bake the flour. Then set aside to cool. Instead of ghee, we will use walnuts and almonds. Which will meet the need for ghee. Both are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Bake a cup of walnuts and almonds in the oven at 350 f for about 5 minutes. Do not burn, otherwise it will become bitter. Roast both walnuts and almonds separately. Roast in a pan will work though. Grind while still slightly hot
