Multi-Disciplinary Care ❇️ Simple ➡️ Complex, all treatment plans should be driven by the restorative outcome. ❇️ This patient suffered from a loss of maxillary, posterior dentition the associated proclination deep bite that resulted. ❇️ With @jamesriverortho we had to envision the ideal *future* position of the teeth.
