Teeming with Life
Two western honey bees in flight inspect pollen-rich blossoms of the Century Plant (Agave palmeri), but they are not alone. I have posted this June 14 image in full resolution to reveal aphids again and a multitude of other tiny living things on one of the blossom clusters. (Click once or twice for full resolution.) Last week I chased the aphids with an organic spray. This week I am reluctant to do so due to the bees.
