C # 13: Influencing Design

This image was shot at a low shutter speed in order to capture the movement of water inside the fountain. In this ocean wave-inspired sculpture, the stained glass glows blue tones of light as it frames the golden streams of water. I shot this image at night to separate the art sculpture from the surrounding scenery.
