Paris in the Springtime Dinner

Paris in the springtime was invoked by CT State Manchester’s annual gourmet dinner – Printemps á Paris. Guests enjoyed a seven-course meal with select wine pairings that matched the spring theme. As a fundraiser for MCC Foundation, the annual gourmet dinner pairs fine dining with the opportunity to support student scholarships and academic programs. The highlight of the meal was the rack of lamb (vegetarians had a delicious option, as well), though the flourless chocolate torte also received rave reviews. The annual gourmet dinner is the capstone for the campus’s culinary arts and hospitality students, many of whom will be graduating in May.
