Winter Arts Festival

The annual Winter Arts Festival opening reception was held Friday, December 15, in the SBM Charitable Foundation building. Throughout the festival, which runs through February 7, the Hans Weiss Newspace Gallery features work by Visual Fine Arts students. Projects include paintings, sculptures, ceramics and photography. The CT State Manchester choral, chamber and jazz ensembles gave a free vocal and instrumental performance. The Winter ArtsFestival is an annual holiday tradition that is warmly received by college and community members alike. The exhibit is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Friday: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
