“Best Chance” Pre-Manufacturing Program Graduation

Today, students in the “Best Chance” Pre-Manufacturing program, a partnership between CT State Manchester and Capital Workforce Partners in Hartford, graduated in front of friends and family. The program trains students for entry-level positions in the manufacturing field and/or to continue with their manufacturing studies.
