PINEAPPLE SPINACH SMOOTHIE

*PINEAPPLE SPINACH SMOOTHIE*

 

INGREDIENTS

▪️1 cup pineapple

▪️1 frozen banana

▪️1 cup non-dairy milk

▪️1 cup baby spinach leaves

 

METHOD

👉 Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.

👉 Pour to a glass, add 1sp lemon juice, a pinch of himalayan black salt and a pinch of black pepper powder.
