Burg Eltz, the jewel of the Moselle Region

Germany has many castles that can be visited, including Burg Eltz. This structure is considered a prototype of the German knight's castle and despite a turbulent history, the castle was never destroyed during quarrels and wars, giving it some 850 years of history.
