Father's watch

My father was presented with this gold watch for 27 years service as chief accountant and latterly company secretary. This Garrard watch has an automatic winder and the second hand sweeps round similar to the famous Rolex movement. I believe that the inscription will reduce resale value on the marketplace but to me it only adds value to this lovely timepiece.
