Jefferson Market Branch of New York Public Library #1

... once known as the Jefferson Market Courthouse, [the library] is a National Historic Landmark located at 425 Avenue of the Americas, on the southwest corner of West 10th Street, in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City, on a triangular plot formed by Greenwich Avenue and West 10th Street. Est 1877

(The tower is the only visible part of the library complex in this image.)

Zooming in suggests the young woman striding along West 10th Street was enjoying her music on a dull and cold Fall day…

The Exif shows the image was taken at 07:17h on November 5, but that must have been Melbourne time, 16h ahead of NY in that season. Adjusting for that gives NY time one day behind at 15:17h, exactly as the tower's clock shows! I'm a bit surprised.
