Flemington Post Office

Built in 1889/1890, near the very end of Melbourne's early boomtime pomp. I encountered this building, unknown to me, while I was walking in my as yet unexplored new environment, on the way to a garage after a car breakdown .

 

Preparing for a holiday in Europe, I finally put aside my reliable iPhone 8 in favour of a 15 Pro Max. This is the first "photo" with the new phone.
