After Dinner Cocktail

 

1,5 cl Brandy

4,5 cl Red Port

1 cl Egg yolk

 

Pour all ingredients into coktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
