Engine shed base laid down.

After testing the overhang of locos as they move past the two road loco shed, so they won't hit its walls etc, I've now set inplace the inner floor and now all I have to do is build the outer walls and roof plus the drivers tea shed at the rear. I'm not sure as yet to what style but it will follow the Southern practice of either local stone, like the station is, or preformed concrete design.

Due to limited space the rear wall and road is stunted and there is a curve in the track which means I can barely fit a Bulleid loco in.

I tried all ways to fit in a turntable but alas no room as I aim to include a village complete with pub, church and grave yard plus shops and cottages so space is tight.
