Basic Arm Bruise
This is a basic arm bruise from blocking in Kung Fu. At any given time, I have various bruises of this type on my arms.
This is an example of a 'good' bruise, as it stays light red the first day (rather than darker red or dark brown) and will turn light brown before fading over three or four days. If it was a bad bruise, it'd swell up more, turn darker, expand from the original burise area, take longer to heal and turn green or yellow as it heals.
