Movements were quite useful here since I was almost right under the bridge. Completely maxed out the rise and used a slight rear swing and tilt to get the pillars as close to straight as I could.
'E3' Reversal using C41 (Rodinal 1+50) in a rotary tube processor:
>15min Rodinal 1+50 (350mL) starting at 40C
>water stop + 3min rinse
>2min exposure to 100W incandescent bulb, film still in the tube
>3.5min C41 dev
>water stop and rinse
>6.5min Blix
>3min rinse
>45s stabilizer
>rinse + 1 drip of soap
>dry
