How does a Conversational Bot differ from Chatbot?

A bot is conversational in nature but has not been able to handle questions including a cognitive response. The capabilities between chatbot technology and artificial intelligence are very different Chatbots vs. AI. AI chatbot that can think like a human, analyze like a human and respond like a human?
