Early in my transition I knew that one important goal for me was to develop female friendships. The kind of friend who calls to pass the time, talk about kids and husbands, share stories and confidences.
It hasn't been easy. But... today after lunch, and last weekend with a couple of other women from the Writing Center, I am starting to feel like, maybe, perhaps, possibly, that elusive goal may be within reach. Fingers crossed!
