Obtaining a 3D printer could be a challenge, but libraries often offer 3D printing services. Due to this, I also added an alternative way to form the pieces. FORMcards are plastic cards that are moldable when put in a hot liquid for an extended amount of time. They are relatively cheap and easy to use.
Another challenge was that the subject could have more than one affected finger. In order to compensate for this, I made it so that the control finger can be word by any finger.
