WNO 481 Restoration Date 8th November 2022
The day arrives when 1972 Wings Tour Bus WNO 481 leaves the workshop after its restoration. Still lots of odds and ends to take care of but she is finally ready for her showtime at The Classic Motor Show at The NEC. It was emotional seeing the photo's arriving in of the boys doing their thing with the bus they have looked after so well for the last 16 months. Brad and the boys took over from David Hoare's Chepstow Classic Buses after they had rebuilt the back end and got the bus running again. Brad and the boys took up the challenge to take on this iconic and historic vehicle's restoration and rose magnificently to the challenges. I'm so proud of my Brother In Bus Brad The Bus-Meister General and his Team. They are all now fully fledged Busketeers. It did bring a tear of emotion to see them all lining up for their photo with their bus before handing it over but even so they saw it safely on to the low-loader and escorted it as it travelled though the gate. They made sure Legend Of Rock & Road could Get Back to where it once belonged... Thank you Brad, Hannah, Kieran, James, Steve, Ben, Pete, Matt, John and all Brad's Team. True Busketeers All.
