WNO 481 Restoration Date 28th September 2022
Downstairs saloon painted, floored and waiting for the Gerflor Uniwalton in Eastern National green. Ray the Joiner is putting down plywood on the platform and has just finished the staircase. The damage to the driver's side wing has been repaired ready for paint. The electrical parts are waiting to be re-fitted as soon as Ben gets round to them. The rolls of window rubber are in place ready for the windows to be re-fitted once the paintwork is done and of course our beautiful headlamps. The aluminium strip that covers the seams between the panels is being fitted and we'll soon be ready for paint. Top deck drains refitted as well as the new rear lights. Good progress this week.
