People often ask me -what should i eat in snack time?

I recommend a food that has some nutritive value rather than biscuits, namkeen, rusk or chips.

Making a healthier choice for my families is my foremost responsibility. So, i often recommend roasted seed mixtures (you can also find any 2 or 3 and mix then on your own)

This includes:

💚Flaxseeds

💚Sunflower seeds

💚Pumpkin seeds

💚Watermelon seeds

These nutrient dense seeds contain good amount of omega-3, fibre, proteins, antioxidants, magnesium, zinc, etc which is beneficial not only for your heart & liver but also hepls in healthy weight loss.
