6. Not the best idea
The two friends froze when the ghostly figure appeared in front of them. And it was not the only one. A pair of skeletons equally threatening to the adventurer pair appeared on the wooden bridge. In the nearest town they had been told that this cave served as a stash for the pirates and smugglers who came to the bay. What they never imagined would be that inside that abandoned ship they would find a whole scene of terror that made their blood run cold.
'I told you this wasn't the best idea' Ava stuttered.
Efar jerked his little black body upright as the ghost screamed and reached out to them.
'Run!' yelled the doll.
As soon as they regained their mobility, the two adventurers turned and threw themselves over the side of the ship. They must had hit land, or water, with a good bang. But they did not. Miraculously, Ava's wings began to move frantically, and the girl grabbed Efar to speed away from there to safety.
"Look at the positive lake," Efar ironized. 'At least you learned to fly.'
