Enid Stocken - A Village Snow Scene (Yeend King)
A while ago I bought two puzzles cut by Enid Stocken, both are really early.
This one has 209 pieces. It has no title on the box, just a line: "If each before his own door swept, The village would be clean." Is this a line from a rhyme???
The artist is Yeend King, 1855-1924.
It is in very good condition, it almost seemed I was the first to make the puzzle, but there was a very small piece of paper loss, so it had been made before.... I have repaired it and I am rather pleased by the result. Size is about 27,5 x 18.5 cm
