One of the best parts of my career is that you never stop learning new things. Today we were with the case of a patient that had a highly suggestive neurosurgery plan: a woman in her late 20s with history of head injury of one day of evolution, diagnosed with epilepsy since her childhood, whom had received many anti epileptics since diagnosis. We received the CT scan that showed areas of calcification suggesting Neurocystisercosis. For many years, this patient received treatment for her seizures but not exactly for the etiology...
