Toronto has a pick of excellent guitar players. In fact it is impossible to say, who the best is. I would hear 3 or 4 string masters any given week, sometimes 3 in one evening. This evening Julien was the best guitarist, as I cut my night out short and seen only him with Taylor Maslin quartet.
Taylor Maslin Quartet came to St Barnabas for Saturday night swing dance. They did not dance, but they surely swung. With Taylor on clarinet, Julien Bradley-Combs guitar, Max Simpson-bass and drummer Jared Goldman.
