Another Rob Garner cut. One of the earliest Rob ever cut for me dated April 2008. This one is an Anton Pieck (Dutch artist) image of the bakery on a rain swept evening which has lent itself brilliantly to intense colour-line cutting which is worth looking at closely. The lady in the foreground appears in very many of Anton Pieck images and is his mother.
As an early commission (no 4) Rob inserted my initials SNB in the puzzle along with his heart, signed “R” and dog Rufus. Although only 372 pieces the largely dark colours was a challenge.
