Sukhoi Su-57 (PAK FA T-50)
Two-seat version of the Sukhoi Su-57, Russia's 5th-generation multirole aircraft. The Su-57 is comparable in many ways to the F-22 Raptor, incorporating stealth technology and supercruise capability. It is arguably the most agile fighter ever built, with a fully integrated control system that synchronizes the actions of its control surfaces, which include leading-edge vortex controllers, all-moving horizontal and vertical stabilizers and thrust vectoring nozzles. This control system allows the aircraft to operate at extreme angles of attack and perform maneuvers such as Pugachev's Cobra and a flat spin while without departing controlled flight.
The Su-57's unique camouflage scheme is designed to make the aircraft look smaller and more distant than it actually is.
This model was originally built to fulfill the "Multirole Aircraft" category of the ongoing Decisive Action 4 game. Although my nation has now been defeated, I felt the need to post this model, since it was mostly complete at the time of my demise.
