Shiryokan Nuclear Ekranoplan

A collaboration of brilliant Russian and Shiryokan scientist and engineers at last have completed the long term project for the nuclear powered aircraft carrier Ekranoplan, started in 1963. It comes at a much needed time in the War as aggressive super powers shadow Shiryoku with their might, and prepare legions and huge arsenals for a deadly preemptive attack.
