Maybach 230 HL - Tiger Tank Engine

Welcome to this MOC!

This time our MOC is a bit different to the ones we had before. It is an engine that was used in WW2 tanks like the famous Panzer VI Tiger or in the Panzer V Panther! The special part of this MOC is that the cylinders can really move, if you turn the crankshaft. With a scale from 1:17 it is relative detailed althogh it is hard to build it like that, because not all real engine parts are easy to transmit into LEGO pieces. In addition to that, we wanted that you can see the cylinders move to have a feeling that something is happening, but that isn't realistic that's why the engine is slightly different to the original, but still good enough to see no difference ;-).
