Of Presence and Absence
A series of black and white photographs exploring the fragile threshold between presence and absence. My intention was to evoke the fleeting clarity of a match struck in the dark—when there is just enough light to glimpse another, and then it’s gone. These portraits are not records of identity, but echoes of an encounter, half-remembered and unresolved, like afterimages burned into memory.
