I saw a few turtles in the pond while I was running by earlier today and thought it would be cool to take a photo of them. I went back later in the afternoon hoping that at least one would be sunning himself. There weren’t any in the places I saw them earlier but I finally found one on this log in the scummy pond. They’re always so neat looking and I always want to take their picture. Most of the time with a phone, I can’t get close enough to get a good shot without them getting scared and going into the water. Luckily I can use a telephoto lens to bring him to the camera instead of the other way around.
