I’ve been wanting to take a photo of a bird of prey but have always seen them in the air when I don’t have a camera with me. When I was leaving work today, I saw one flying around a park nearby and I did have my camera with me. I really would like to get a photo of one in the air but by the time I got my camera out, this one had landed on the top of a tree. Thankfully it was a tree right in front of me so I could still see it and take a photo. Someday I’ll get one in flight but they’re still really cool when they’re perched.
