Elmer Edward Carnes, son of William and Mary (Miller) Carnes, was born 18 May 1862 in Pike, Ohio and died 17 Nov 1935 in Canton, Ohio. On 25 Apr 1899, in Lucas Co., Ohio, he married Ellen A. Ream (1850-1930). He is buried in East Sparta Cemetery, East Sparta, Ohio. They had no children. He was a 1st cousin 2x removed of Ella Bernice Ringle (1906-1998). Photographer is Wm. J.
