I choose myself
Oggi scelgo me stessa e non è un atto di egoismo. Oggi scelgo me al di sopra di tutto e tutti, perché mi merito del tempo per me. Mi merito di liberarmi dalle corde degli impegni che ho preso con gli altri e dedicarmi alla mia cura, all’amore e al rispetto per me stessa.
Today I choose myself and it is not an act of selfishness. Today I choose myself above everything and everyone, because I deserve time for myself. I deserve to free myself from the ropes of the commitments I have made with others and devote myself to my care, love and respect for myself.
