Ethan

Ethan did well to join in on the online class, he did great to join in with the tasks and he brought a lot of fun energy to the class! On his continuous line drawing task he drew a brilliant telephone! He used straight lines, waved lines, loop-the-loop lines. HE did well to recognize when to use large loops and smaller, noticing well the form of the phone. Although the lines are not all in perfect places he did well to place them. Ethan went onto make a great fun line drawing in the style of Pollock. Here I see the thin soft and thin hard lines we learnt in class, this stroke the page like mist. He also used thick soft line (using his pencil like an artist) and these look like wind. He then used thick hard lines and these look like pouring rain in a storm, interesting for me is the lines in a row, is this a fence? Or a little queue of people at the bus stop?
