Overlooking the River Inn ['Explore' 5th April 2022]
On the Bavarian side of the River Inn a bench invites to rest opposite the Austrian town of Schärding.
Taken on an Autumn evening with a "toy" lens on a tiny camera: the 04 TOY LENS WIDE on a PENTAX Q. The lens has a focal length of 6.3mm, equivalent to a 35mm lens on "full-frame". The aperture is fixed at f:7.1, focussing is manual.
Post-processing in "Colour Projects" and SilkyPix Pro 9.

***The PENTAX Q "Toy lenses" are tiny manual-focus primes with a fixed aperture. They were rather misunderstood and never caught on. I think that's a pity. If one takes the trouble, they can give beautiful results. They are not really toys, and are anything but simple to use well. As with any equipment, you have to recognise the possibilities and respect the limitations.***
