sand waves 1

I was taken by the sand ripples at Tamala Park Conservation area. This was the pattern seen everywhere in the sandblows. The tufts of grass and saltbush trying to populate the sand and the sand constantly moving and burying the plants. I loved the effect of the small sand pebbles which produce these small little mounds as the wind leaves sand behind them
