Nokia 5110 PLUSSA

Thanks to Martijn Boer for providing the board with this chip on it.

 

Another chip from the Nokia 5110 phone. The technical documentation was a bit too complicated for me to understand, but here is an exerpt: "PLUSSA is a IF–circuit including IQ–modulator and PLLs for VHF– and UHF–synthesizers". It also talks about how this is a BiCMOS circuit which is pretty cool
