The Aurach – here close to its source, after falling over the first steep walls and finding peace.
The Aurach is the stream of my childhood, just a few steps away from my parents' house.
I sat on its banks for hours, unconsciously doing what we now call meditation.
I turned over its stones and explored its creatures, I waded through it, walked on its ice and even broke through it at times.
Later, I rediscovered it through photography, always uphill to its source, never downhill.
