Namer no more
Keeping it local.
In my home town, GBRf's 66745 heads east and past Uttoxeter Engineering Sidings on a Longport Freight Depot to Peterborough Maintenance Shed GB Railfreight light engine move.
66745 was named 'Modern Railways The First 50 Years' but the nameplates have now been removed (you can see the nameplate marks above the number) and sold for charity as time has moved on and 66799 is now named 'Modern Railways Diamond Jubilee'
Semaphores still rule in Uttoxeter on the Derby to Stoke line but I do not know how long these will be here. Next to the signal is the 55 metre spire of the St Mary the Virgin Church, and next to the spire is the interesting Balance Street Health Centre, once the Bamford office building.
