31406 runs onto the Heathfield branch with the Chipmans weedkilling train at Newton Abbot East on 23rd April 1987. I don't remember if it went all the way up the branch, or just did a run round at Hackney Yard, where a few 'Clay Hood' wagons can just be seen.

 

The first carriage is 99009, a former Maunsell BCK No.6699, built at Eastleigh in 1935, and withdrawn from weedkilling in 1989. It is now at Swanage awaiting restoration.
