We Matter

I made this image to post on my art account to bring awareness to police brutality. This image went viral on Instagram and there were lots of debates in the comment section. Using the little boy in the image was to represent the black youth (not necessarily children) who have fallen victim to police brutality. The cuts on his body stand for the pain and judgment from the society that people of color still go through.
