If you have 3 cubic meters of almost any bulk material, you can reduce this to 1 cubic meter.This gives you major advantages like, easy logistics, efficient storing and excellent conservation. The process starts with bulk material being dumped by shawl or directly by a tractor. Then the material is transported from the feeding table and up to the elevator into the chamber. The material then compress inside the chamber, the two belts inside prevents the small particles from falling out. After the Bale is compressed a layer of plastic film is wrapped around the bale keeping it shape. Last part of the process is wrapping. Bale is transported from the chamber to wrapping table and here the pre selected number of layers of wrapping film is attached.
