In Da Pits Wit De La Soul - Evolution Festival 2010 Newcastle
Kelvin Mercer from De La Soul stands in front of me and interacts with us - The Audience.
I like De La Soul, as the boys say their music is real clean music, not Gansta Rap filled with nasty revenge, guns, violence, woman hate, drugs and cussin. It is just good clean funky solid music.
Why upload this? its not exactly "perfect" in some aspects, the focus, the contrast, the whites are blown out and I cut the end off his mike at the top.
Still I just loved this moment from the second day of the Evolution Festival 2010. So hell why not upload it, I have many far more technically better, but hey who cares it works for what I wanted - The Moment Captured :D
I also broke my camera, it got pretty wet from the rain, water bottles and nasty smelly cider splashed all over my Panasonic FZ30. It has been my trusty camera for 4 years now, sadly the screens a bit mucked up now and the battery indicator has gone so I have no idea how many shots I can take (which was hell! as I thought it would not get this and many other shots). Thats the reason the image is not "Perfect" as I struggled to get the camera high and frame it well and get white balance etc.. right as my screen kept going black! It works, but not as easy to use anymore.
